Hey yoga mamas!
My 30-minute prenatal yoga class is now on youTube. This class is safe and prepares the body for labor and baby.
Having atleast one yoga block and a large pillow or bolster would be helpful, but not required.
Remember to take your time, take breaks when you need to and drink plenty of water.

Love the class! I am in week 32 😉 do you have more rutines? Do you recommend to practice the sequence daily?
Hi Pauline,
I recommend practicing 2 or 3 times a week. On the alternate days, do light cardiovascular activity, like walking or swimming. Congratulations on your baby!
Unfortunately, I don’t have any other routines right now.
