In-home yoga sessions can give you a more customized yoga experience to accelerate your goals whether that’s to destress, reduce pain increase flexibility or improve athletic performance.

One on one sessions can benefit anyone.

If you are in the beginning stages of a yoga practice, private instruction can enhance and solidify the poses and techniques in a safe, personalized environment that will help you get the most out of group classes.

Special Conditions/Injuries

If you are currently working with an injury or special condition, you can still begin or continue your yoga practice with modifications specific to your needs. Brenda’s advanced anatomy training allows her to customize a practice for you.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga helps your mind and body find a deep state of relaxation with the support of props. Unlike other types of yoga that work on strengthening the body or making it more flexible, this style of yoga requires no use of the muscles at all. The goal is to completely release muscle tension to promote physical, mental and emotional healing.

Prenatal Yoga

Certified prenatal yoga is designed to suit your specific needs and accommodate each phase of your pregnancy. It will keep you in shape by keeping you limber, toning your muscles and improving your balance and circulation with little, if any, impact on your joints. More importantly, it will provide you with the breath and meditation tools to stay calm, centered and comfortable.

Postnatal Yoga with Baby

Approximately six weeks following birth, you can begin Postnatal Yoga with your baby. These sessions help mom regain abdominal strength, body flexibility and tone. It also provides time for mom to bond with baby through fun yoga and gentle baby massage.
