Don’t Let Your Strength Become Your Weakness

Are you so easy going that you’ve become a pushover?

Are you so goal-oriented that you aren’t appreciating everything you have right now?

Are you so independent that you don’t take the opportunity to learn and grow from new friends or coworkers?

My strength is giving and helping. That has led to me always saying yes when asked for help. Unfortunately, that hasn’t left me with much time or energy for my commitments to better myself. I am a work in progress, too.

Ask yourself what your strength is and if it is starting to become your weakness. If yes, set boundaries for yourself so you can reap the benefits of your strength without it biting you in the bum…
