Hey yoga mamas!
My 30-minute prenatal yoga class is now on youTube. This class is safe and prepares the body for labor and baby.
Having atleast one yoga block and a large pillow or bolster would be helpful, but not required.
Remember to take your time, take breaks when you need to and drink plenty of water.
