Not all summer treats are bad for you. This simple frosty recipe will be a hit with you and any kids in your life.

It’s cool. It’s sweet. Plus, the nutrient-rich watermelon and coconut water are hydrating and great for your health!

Organic Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions:

Blend together in a Vitamix or other blender and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
